1 Head of small cabbage
1 Jar of your favorite spagetti sauce
1 Lb of ground beef or pork
1 Box of rice (can be flavored or plain white)
1 Pkg of shredded cheese
Fry the beef or pork. Make the rice according to the package. I pulled the cabbage apart in big leaves and boiled until slightly wilted. Then I layered all the ingredients like a lasagna. If you have a picky eater you should cut up the cabbage into smaller pieces. Ben found a large piece of cabbage and would eat it, yet he gobbled up a whole plate of it when it was all mixed together. This is an easy way to get your kids to eat cabbage. We had corn on the side, but you could also add that in if you so choose. Add the cheese to the top and cook a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes at 350.
