Semi Homemade Goodness!

Cranberry orange muffins with sweet chicken salad

They were a big hit and very simple!

I made mini muffins with the box mix, let them cool and cut them in half.

I made my chicken salad – you can use any recipe for this it’s so simple and there are so many options.

I spooned a dollop on each muffin and replaced the top. They made an amazing appetizer.
