I really want to be the kind of person who needs everything in order and who needs to be on a schedule.  I would really like to be a fanatical planner with scheduled time for reading, studying, blogging, writing, laundry, house work, dinner, dishes, playing with the kids, homework, etc.

On the other hand I want to relax and be the person who is not worried about anything.  You know the freeloving hippee type that just rolls through life without a care.

Now the trick is to be a little of both in a good way.

I am a fanatic, but usually it ends up in a situation where I am freaking out, because my house is a disaster or because we need to be out of the house at 6:46 in order to catch the bus and Ben is still putting his boots on his feet.

I can also relax, but sometimes to much like in a situation where I get home from work and I don’t feel like doing anything, so I am a zombie sitting on the couch blocking out everyone and everything.

How in the world do I make time to do everything?  I guess that is the magic question every working mother faces.

  1. Haha! And I think the more we add to it, the more control or thing we get behind on! I’ve learned to do what is the most important & do our best! And remember you have a bundle in the oven and that makes it even harder!! Think of all the smiles you help create instead 🙂 Your boys are the most smiley kids ever!
